"Cash Me Outside" Dad IS NO Johnny Come Lately

March 20, 2017 - WPB.news - Danielle's struggles may be new to social media gawkers, but the father of "Cash Me Outside" social media spectacle Danielle "Bregoli" Peskowitz has been trying to rescue his daughter from the destructive clutches of her lifestyle long before the Dr. Phil Show.

Ira Peskowitz, a cop in South Florida, has been trying to save Danielle for years from a life of crime and questionable characters. Emails, text messages and screenshots of communications with Danielle's mother dating back long before his daughter appeared on the Dr. Phil Show show a pattern of Ira trying to be a positive influence in his daughter's life.

Ira and Danielle's mother were never married, and split shortly after Danielle was born. But for13 years Ira has faithfully paid child support to her. He has tried to be a part of his daughter's life, but her mother has blocked every attempt to get to know his daughter.

Screen shots of conversations from years ago show Ira's willingness to meet Danielle in public places, or through supervised visitation but her mother never showed up.

Emails sent long before the Dr. Phil show document Ira working with his department's social services division to try to get counselors to meet with Danielle and her mother, but Danielle's mother refused the help. He also tried to get Danielle on his insurance so she could get counseling, but Danielle's mother refused that as well.

In a series of text messages from May 6, 2016 (long before Dr. Phil!), Ira wrote to Danielle's mother:

"For Danielle to get on my insurance we need to go to court and get my parental rights back and tell the courts I am a guardian as well. Once we get the letter we have 30 days to submit to XXXX/Cigna and she gets on immediately."

The response from Danielle's mother:

"No forget it...Ur rights were never terminated but I'm the sole guardian"

Ira responds:

"So you do not want me to be a guardian as well for the insurance?"

"No I don't," responds her mother.

Ira writes: "OK, but that is not the best interest for Danielle to get the best care possible?"

Even before the May, 2016 text messages, emails show Ira trying to get Danielle help.

On April 15, 2016 Ira exchanged emails with the social services division at his job trying to get Danielle's mother involved in the process.

In an email to the social services rep, Ira wrote on April 15, 2016:

"First, I [sent] Barbara Bregoli [Danielle's mother] a request to call you yesterday before 6:00 pm to get the process going with Danielle and she never got back to me. Secondly, can my wife [not Danielle's mother, but his current wife of several years with whom Ira lives with and has two children] and I meet you on Monday?"

The same social services rep, months later after watching all the Dr. Phil videos wrote to Ira:

"I am so sorry...her mother is a major factor in her problems. It seems like sending her away did nothing because she's right back in the dysfunction."

Ira is now going to court to try to have a judge give him the ability to intervene in his daughter's dangerous downward spiral.

Meanwhile, Danielle's mother has taken her away from her Florida home and moved to Hollywood. She has gotten Danielle a talent agent who runs multiple entertainment companies that generate millions in revenue, (the same agent that works with the rapper Pitbull,) surrounded Danielle with a "management team" to handle Danielle's "financial affairs" and claims to be doing all this by having Danielle's "best interests in mind."

A spokesman for Ira said all he's trying to do is what he's been doing long before the social media world was introduced to his daughter.

"I think anyone with a shred of common sense can look at how Ira has tried to help Danielle over several years, and compare it to what Danielle's mother is doing now by dragging her to Hollywood and hiring a talent agent and they can decide for themselves who is really looking out for Danielle's best interest," said family spokesman Elliot Cohen

A cop on a cop's salary, and already raising two kids, Ira has started a Go Fund Me page https://www.gofundme.com/save-danielle-m-peskowitz-bregoli to try to pay for all the legal bills he will have trying to get his daughter back and save her from destroying herself. He is asking anyone willing to help to donate what they can. And Ira has pledged to donate to charity any leftover money that's not used to save Danielle.
