Thanks to Ch 5

A quick note of thanks to channel 5 for their story yesterday on WPB.news.

They pointed out there could be more clarity that WPB.news is not affiliated with the city, and is independent of city hall.

In order to make sure there is no mistake, we've changed up our look just a bit. In addition, while the twitter account already said it was an independent site, we've now highlighted similar language on the blog as well. Again, thanks.
