Navarro Lowrey, the folks who will redevelop the Old City Hall site, have taken the wraps off what their project will look like, and WPB.news is the only place to see the pics!

The proposed concept, east of Olive Avenue between Banyan Boulevard and 2nd Street includes a 195 room hotel, 265 rental units, 27,000 square feet of retail space, an approximately 6,000 square foot water-facing restaurant, and a public park along the waterfront.

The plan includes a grocery store and retail along Olive Avenue and Banyan Boulevard.

Navarro Lowrey and the city's Community Redevelopment Agency entered into a sale agreement for the property in February.

Total cost of the project is estimated at $134.5 million dollars.

The next step will be the demolition of the Old City Hall building.
