Next month city leaders are going to review and make changes to the city's longterm strategic plan.

What should be the top priorities for the city? Economic Development? Public Safety? Homelessness? Mass transit? Controling growth? Basic services like garbage collection? Improving our parks? What are YOUR ideas?

On April 1, the Mayor and City Commissioners will be meeting to develop the next strategic plan for the City. This plan will be designed to guide the City’s efforts and investments over the next few years. The strategic planning process will result in establishing a vision for the future and a clear mission for the City, expressing the City’s values, and setting priorities and initiatives, with ways to measure the City's success. We want YOU to help the Mayor and Commissioners in identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
