New look at Clematis Street Hotel

Hotel Clematis at 335 Clematis Street has been in the works for many years.

According to the plans the "boutique hotel" will be 10 stories tall and will have 100 rooms.

There will be a 3,000 sqft patio on the third floor along with a restaurant.

We haven't heard a lot about the plans until this week, Scott Diament posted some beautiful renderings of the hotel on Facebook. Here they are:
